All parts need some preparation before the application of carbon. The part surface must be sanded to insure a reliable carbon application and masked at their rear side to protect against the intrusion of gluing products and excess lacquer.

The application of carbon to a part requires a lot of experience in order to maximize the appearance of the piece.

One the carbon has been applied and after some proprietary resin applications, the carbon is trimmed to remove excess material.

The parts have their first lacquering after the carbon application. After this, the parts are then very rough in terms of surface and surroundings regularity. The parts must be prepared before the second lacquering.

Lacquering and various sub-operations need a lot of accuracy in the mixing of various component materials.

Each part goes through a final adjustment by a trianed technician

Each part goes through extensive quality checks during each step.  A final inspection is performed before the part is packaged and sent to the customer.
